Return Policy
WineBarrelsforYou.com accepts returns for up to 14 days from date of receipt. Please include your original receipt with a return or an exchange of merchandise. WineBarrelsForYou.com will not absorb any costs associated with your return. Any restocking, shipping, handling or chargeback fees billed by manufacturers or shippers will be charged to the customer. Carton (large wine barrels) and select packaging for particular products may be absorbed by the customer. Please contact us for further information on your return and any possible charges to you. All inquiries will receive a response within 24 hours. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized pieces. Smaller items may be returned in their original packaging via UPS, DHL or FEDEX .

Back Order Policy
Due to the specialty of hand crafted wine barrels and wine barrel products, at times, availability may not be immediate. Of course, WineBarrelsforYou.com will contact you upon receipt of a customized or special shipping order and inform you of production time and your shipping time frame.

Shipping Policy
We will ship your order 2-14 days after payment has been received by us. Shipping costs will vary in price. The weight of your order, size of your order and destination of your order will factor into the total cost of shipping and handling. An example: Ordering a quantity of 5 wine barrels being delivered to the same destination will be less expensive, per product, than an order of 1 wine barrel of similar size. Smaller items will be sent via Fedex, DHL or UPS, larger items will be delivered by truck freight. At this time, no shipping is available outside of the contiguous USA. Damaged Goods Policy
Please call or email us at contactus@WineBarrelsforYou.com to discuss your damaged order. We will handle damages on an individual basis. We will do the necessary paperwork to secure reimbursement for damage from the shipper.
